Hannah Kloosterman, PT, DPT

Lead Physical Therapist - FWB

Hannah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 2016. She has experience working with both adults and children in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics and acute inpatient. Her focus is pediatric physical therapy including pediatric pelvic health rehabilitation. She works with children experiencing incontinence, urinary frequency/urgency, constipation, and bed wetting. Since graduating, Hannah has been treating in southwest Michigan but has recently relocated to Fort Walton Beach with her husband and 2 dogs. When she is not treating patients Hannah enjoys reading on the beach, cooking, and baking.

Hannah is happy to serve families at our Fort Walton Beach location.
